Tim did a great job. Knowledgeable and friendly - and very thorough. He worked very hard to get some very soiled chairs... and rugs clean. Not expensive for what I got. I'd definitely use them again. I was pleased with the service, work, and result. Will be back to use them again within the next 6months-1year. They service the Thousand Oaks area. Wow.. what a service. I called in and inquired about the cleaning. They were the most reasonable pick up and drop off... service, better yet our rug was returned within 3 days (they said 1-2 weeks, so I was pleasantly surprised) ! The delivery and pick up guys were so nice and gave me a courtesy call 20 minutes before they were arriving.Our rug looks amazing and I can't recommend Gorilla Carpet Cleaning more.
